Hi 

can you please let me know status of my account as i don't see any product there. I have already applied for devise iphone 13pro max and my bank account is being charged with upfront/instalment amount. I don't see any details of this. 

 

Also, want to know if i can get the devise earlier if I choose different colour like grey or silver.

You won't see anything until your device is dispatched and at which point O2 will email you with tracking details.

There's no point changing the colour as all are in short supply due to manufacturing constraints.

There are very limited stocks worldwide.

Just need to hang on and be patient unfortunately.
