I ordered an upgrade online and said it would take up to 3 weeks but randomly got a message on a Friday at 4am saying it would arrive on the day. I missed this as I work weekdays so couldn't be home to receive it, dpd was then going to try and deliver again on Sunday but dpd didn't come. the phone got sent back to o2 but I've rang multiple times and to put the upgrade through again but each time I call they say my account hasn't been updated removing the phone they got back and it'll be a few days until my account is updated. no one seems to know what's going on when I call and they usually hang up. its nearly been a month since I ordered the phone so now I'm paying for a phone that I don't have. can anyone help ?
