Hello,

Since the ‘snoopers charter’ came into play, does o2 now record phone calls?

There’s potential that I could need a call recording of a call I made a few weeks ago.

No it doesn't. Unless you are calling O2 or any other business and you are informed that the 'calls may be recorded for training purposes'.

They do have a record of calls made, although this wouldn't include any conversations.

@Cleoriff

Thank you.

I suppose they could record your personal calls if they needed to though?

Unless you're on the UK's Most Wanted list I'm sure they couldn't care less about our calls.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
