My phone bill is higher then it usually is, I looked at the additional chargers and it's saying there isn't any, I've tried to find why I've been charged extra but it's not showing.

Try following this guide Guide: How do I get to the 'Download Bill' page?  to get to the bill details @CB8 

If those aren't clear then you will need to speak to customer services.

Either call 202 from your o2 phone or 0344 809 0202 from another phone;

Is it the yearly price increase? 17.3%

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
