This is not O2 but a community made up of customers like yourself.

You need to speak directly with Payment Management

You can reach the Payment Management team on 0800 902 0217.

The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm

If you have no access to a phone you can download Skype and call the number for no charge

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

You can always ask your bank to do a direct debit indemnity claim, but if you do owe o2 the money, they have every right to claim it, and will try and take it again.

And just so you are aware a payment plan will show on your credit file, and o2 may stop services on your phone and block the handset until all sums owed are repaid to them..  They will also add late payment fees..

- Pixel 8 Pro - o2 and Vodafone UK
