I am trying to pay my final bill but can’t log into my account because my number has transferred to a different server. I have tried ringing the payment number but it doesn’t work. Help!

@m_lancashire Try calling the Payment Management Team on 0800 902 0217.

The opening times are:

Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm

Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm
