Hello, I am late with my payment due to the fact the price has gone up, I can't get through to customers services which I am upset about, I could make a payment on the 5th of October, if you check my records all my payments go out on the 5th, please contact me

You need to speak to the Payment Management Team on 0800 902 0217.

The opening times are:

Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm

Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm

Best chance of getting through is calling at 8 am
