Hi I was just wondering would i be able to change my payment date because I don’t get paid till the 26th and my bill is due to come out on the 19th but I won’t have the money

You will need to speak to the Payment Management team on 0800 902 0217, however you need to do it quick as they may have already started processing the DD to be taken on the 19th..
