Hi

I changed my tariff from £10 Big Bundle to £20 Big Bundle.

I had a credit already o about £2

Then I topped up £20 .

But my credit says I've only got about 8GB of data instead of 40GB due for £20 BigBundle.

What happened?

You need to contact O2.
