Being charged for a mobile number which was cancelled in September 2019.  The current number is use is [Removed].

If you are still being charged it sounds as though it was not cancelled.

Hi @Shazza2 - sounds like you need to call O2 CS, numbers here: Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support

Select any option to get onto the call queue, even the Fraud one.
