Hi I tried to order something on 02 but its says didn't go through just wanted to no how long till money goes back into your account

It is likely that no money has actually been taken out of your Bank Account but was requested to the Bank.

Edited to add : you can check with your Bank Account too

Depending on bank 24hrs (Monzo) to 7 working days ..  As o2 dont have your Money, your bank has set it aside if o2 do come and claim it,
