How do I track an order as it won’t let me but I have had the order number come through to track and being delivered by Royal Mail but can’t track through either O2 or royal mail

If the order is coming via Royal Mail, then it wont let you track it, and if its a SIM card its between next working day and 7days depending on your Royal Mail service.

This is not customer services and we dont have access to your account
I do not work for o2 or any VMo2 /Telefonica/Liberty Global Company
