I want ask about my o2 I open my account for 3dys now and I make n order samsung s21, he still not activated it
How can cancel this contract cuz I can't wait more

You'll need to call customer service.

When it comes to the reason you are calling stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
Say "Upgrade", "Lost/Stolen" or "Fraud" if you have to, to get put through to someone.
8.00am is the best time to call if you can.

Call 202 from your mobile.

But I still new n o2 I don’t receive my sim cart yit I still use my old network
I just make order for sim and mobile
The problem I find another offer from another company I want cancel my contract with o2 cuz I wait 3dys now Without any response
