Today I upgraded my sim only tariff and got to choose an extra to go along with it. I choose Disney+ 6 months. Previously I claimed the 6month of Disney+ as a my o2 reward about 4/5 months back and it is due to charge me in February 2021. I was under the impression that if choose Disney+ as my reward for upgrading that I would get another 6 months, meaning I would be charged in August 2021. When I choose Disney+ I got a message to say it is ready to use but when I checked the renewal date it still says February 2021. After reading the terms and conditions I now realise that you can only claim Disney+ once. Unfortunate but OK. The problem I have now though is that My o2 has registered me claiming my reward today on Disney+ but it’s basically wasted as I already had it. If I had of known this I would have chosen a different reward!

You could have used a different email address for another free 6 months.

Call customer service to see if they will cancel and reset the one you refeemed today so you can do it again.

Or advice from an O2 Guru regarding a way to get through:
If you call 202, when it comes to the reason you are calling stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
Say "Upgrade", "Lost/Stolen" or "Fraud" if you have to, to get put through to someone.

Sorry dumb question but how would I use a different email? I just redeemed the extra on my o2 and it just said thanks Disney+ is now ready to use and that’s it.
No code or anything. How did it work the first time I can’t remember what happened

Use a different email address when you register on Disney site.
