I can access my O2 perfectly fine on the web, but when I try to use the same credentials on the My O2 App, I get the following message:
Something went wrong. Oops. My 02 isn't available to you yet. If you're new to O2, it can take up to 48 hours for your account to be ready. If it's been longer than 48 hours, get in touch and we'll look into it for you.
I've been using this SIM for about a month now. Any ideas?

Hello, I'm having the same problem as it lets me access my account on a browser but not on the app. I tried deleting and reinstalling but that doesn't seem to work. I'm not too sure what to do at this point?
