Solved: Netflix charged twice on my phone bill

My 02 phone bill has just came in and it’s £109 for an iPhone 14? Netflix has been charged twice once at £17.99 and again for £15.99 and I just paid my last phone bill so don’t know where this is coming from ?

Those charges will be coming directly from Netflix so you need to question them about it.

O2 just pass on the charges.
