Need help with o2 app please

I was on virgin Mobile the app was working fine I then had a email stating I'm being changed to 02 I have tried to set up the app but I have a message come up saying something went wrong oops my o2 isn't available to you yet if your new to o2 it can take 48hrs for your account to be ready if it's been longer than 48hrs get in touch and we will look into it for you it's now been 2 months and still no app I have tried the o2 shop they said they can't do anything I have tried the conversation with the agent but can't go through with the expert as I can't log into the app

 

Any help will be great with virgin I had 3 numbers they are all now on 02 can I have them all on same app or do I need to have one number per app as this is a change for me so I don't know how it works

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this
