I have been an o2 customer for years!!! I used to be able to log onto my o2 no problem. But since I changed my name back to my maiden name which may I add you were the only company that demanded proof and questioned me, even though when i became an o2 customeri was not married so should have been on your records anyway. I can no longer log onto my o2. So I havent been able to see any of my bills recently and I can't even do a simple thing like change my address as I have move. To say I'm annoyed is an understatement. 

When ever I try to log in on the app it comes up with, opps something when wrong, if your a new customer it may take up to 48 to activate. On the website when I log in it says I have no o2 products!!!! I clearly do as I pay enough money each month for my phone!!!!

O2 have messed up a system update which is effecting thousands of customers.

You'll need a new email address that's not been used on O2 before.

This is a customer to customer community, not O2, so we cannot access your account, sorry.

You need to contact O2.

Message them on Social Media. Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (X) (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) or give them a call on 202 or 0344 809 0202 (contract) 4445 or 0344 8090222 (PAYG)

The only thing I can suggest is that you could leave a message on o2 Customer Social Media 

they are on Facebook, Twitter (X) and instagram.
