Hi, I have a SIM with O2. I would like to inform you that my internet stopped working, my payment is up to date because according to my app there are still a few days left to make the new payment. Could you solve this problem? My number is [Removed]

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you call O2 on 202 or 0344 809 0202 or use O2's social media to help by messaging them on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter ( https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this.

this is rather worrying - OP included their number at 12pm, and despite it being flagged TWICE it is still visible nearly 4 hours later?
