Hello, I have recently cancelled my o2 contract but am now being asked to pay a final balance of £10.64. However, this amount does not seem correct as I paid my last bill of £11.91 on 15th March, just 12 days before cancelling.
Can you please explain why I need to pay this money?

You always get a final bill after the account is closed.
