I got an Sms informing me about a change in my phone bill and I doubt the authenticity of that information because I just had price change

You are wise to be cautious, @Uche37_ - but you can validate this yourself in your MyO2: 

https://accounts.o2.co.uk/signin

If you cannot get logged in to your MyO2, then you will need to contact O2, and the handiest way to do that is via Social Media using Facebook, Twitter/X or Instagram using the ways in the link just below this post. Good luck!
