Hi,

I am trying to access 'my account' as a PAYG customer but am being sent a text code to my original phone number that is no longer active.

Is there away round this, other than setting up a new account with a new email address?

Thanks.

@AB77

Ultimately, I think a new account with your new number will be the only option.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

O2 support have said I need to create a new account, with a different email address (which is a bit of a pain because I don't have another email address), but it would be nice if there was an alternative solution.
