You should give Samsung a call as you do have a 2 year guarantee on the phone.

Hi @MichalS20fe,
If you purchased the phone direct from O2, you can book a guru appointment with your local store here https://guru.secure.force.com/O2DeskStoreLocator and they will be happy to perform some screen tests on the phone for you.
If the phone is undamaged (no cracks, water damage etc), they will offer to send the phone to our repair agents to fix the screen for you under warranty.
You can, of course, contact Samsung on @Cleoriffs previous post and go through them.
