The My O2 app isn't working? I've switched over just recently from vergin mobile..
When I log into the actual Web address everything is fine it's just the app won't let me login?
Any suggestions 🤗

We've had a couple of queries like this today. Same advice: Delete the app and reinstall. If no better then you need to contact O2.
We're just customers like you but it sounds as if you need someone to access your account which can't be done from here
Give O2 a call on 202 or 0344 809 0202 (Contract) OR 4445 or 0344 809 222 (PAYG)

I've already done a fresh install. So will contact O2 tomorrow.
