My O2 app not working

Hi All,

 

my O2 app is not working. It advises that my account hasn’t been activated yet but it has been over 48 hours and should now be working.

 

my phone and SIM card are working phones and paid for by work. Is there anyway I can get my O2 account activated so I can access the deals and offers?
