Hi,
I have recently connected my new sim card, however my old phone number has not been transferred even though the PAC code was given previously. When i go to "keep number" page i select that i have already inserted my sim card but nothing happens.
I am also unable to get hold of a customer service rep on a live chat which is quite frustrating compared to other providers.
Please can someone help?
