Hi

I’ve moved to Australia and want to continue with my current contract but can’t get hold of anyone at o2 to see if this is possible. Does anyone know please?

It won't be cheap to use but see the international (ROW) roaming guide here Guide: Roaming MegaGuide

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

You could call O2’s retentions department ask them to set 30 days notice on your account to disconnect within the next 30 days but you will still be liable for any final usage charges if you are out of contract and if you are still in contract you would need to pay a termination fee when the final bill is produced in full either via direct debit. If it’s still active at the time of the disconnection or you will have to pay by card payment over the phone with an advisor.
