Hello When I try and log into my o2 it says it needs to send a code to my phone number about 1 minute after I receive the six digit code and when I enter it in It takes me back to the log in page and makes me reput another code and I'm stuck in the cycle I know I am putting the right email and password as I was signed in a few hours ago please help me

You need to contact O2.

Thank you sorry I just wish they have a "Live chat button" I feel like I'm going down a rabbit hole and have to dig for it

Clear cache and cookies on your browser, @Michael18 - And don't login to the forum first.
Or use an incognito or InPrivate browser tab, or even a different browser. It does work - Chrome and an Incognito Tab works for me, and click on the little "Sign In" prompt way up top-right of the site first.
