Leeds LS7 no signal

Apparently a phone mast is down in my area. It has been for the past month. I’m still paying for unlimited calls but can’t make a call.  Any idea when it will be fixed? LS7 Leeds

O2 won't give times for mast repairs. You should download the My Network app. https://www.o2.co.uk/apps/my-network You can make reports about the network and will get updates.
