Leaving o2

Hi,

I want to leave o2, but I cannot do it online and when I call it wants me to pay an outstanding amount. I haven’t been using o2 for a month now as I moved out. How to cancel it and leave o2? It’s becoming like toxic relationship 🤨

If there is an outstanding amount on your contract that will have to be paid.
