Issues logginging into O2 account and scam calls

I'm having problems logging into my O2 virgin account. Everytime I log onto My O2 it boots me out of the account each time I go onto a different page. I have started receiving scam calls and have also been charged for an international call which j haven't even made. Please can someone help out.

We're just customers like you but it sounds as if you need someone to access your account which can't be done from here
