Incorrect Security Details

I`ve recently come direct over to O2 after several years on it with Tesco Mobile because their free EU roaming policy is ending and that`s important to us as we go abroad several times a year in our motorhome.

The initial porting of my old number took much longer than i expected but did eventually get done.

My new problem is that one of my Security Details is incorrect, my D.O.B. ( Date of Birth ) is wrong, only by 1 day but it`s wrong.

I contacted customer services by phone who said they had sorted it but having just checked my account it has not been changed.

I have now however received a text messsage saying that i`ve changed a " security question and answer ".

Any ideas on how i can rectify this please ?

@Wooie1958

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this
Thanks

Hi and thank you for the reply.

I do not do any of the social media you mention, i thought ringing them would sort it and they said it had been done but when i check my details it`s still the same, incorrect.
