I top up 10£ and still at 0

Hello, I top up my balance with 10£, got confirmation and everything, where the hell are my balance??

It is still at 0...

 

Got a page saying "successful top up, your new balance is 0£ and facebook page doesn't reply 😕

 

 

Edit: i haven't add any packages, only for internet I am using everytime it gets 0.

 

Should I contact my bank to chargeback?? 😞
I dont like how it showed up 0 after paying...

How can I cancel "everything" of those stuff and use it only for Data internet?

 

Edit: also this 10£ what going to happen now? I never didn't activated nothing to remove this balance..................

Edit: I got my balance 10£ now, idk what happen but earlier it showed "your new balance is 0£"

 

used my balance for bolt on, thanks this solved but if I topup again will I have similar issues? 😞

You can check your Tariff by calling 4444 or looking at myo2 to find out details of your package.

 

If you decide to change your Tarrif it will happen next month on your anniversary date. Unless you call customer services to see if they can remove it, that will depend on what has already been used.

If you do a tarrif change online it will alter on your next anniversary date. You would need to speak to someone for it to happen before.
