I need help changing my payment date.

Every time I try to click change my payment date for my contract it takes me to the exact same sight and keeps asking me to log in. After I log in it’ll take me to what I need so I go through it all again and it just repeats and keeps doing the same thing. Is there a number or email I can contact to change my payment date for my contract!? O2 website and app is terrible service and doesn’t work

Needs to be done by O2. 

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this
