I have upgraded and Disney is free for 6 mth but won’t let me add as extra

How do I add Disney as extra I got it with upgraded phone when I go into extras it just says oops something went wrong! Cannot get to speak to anyone

This is a known issue that O2 need to sort out.
I'd suggest you all report it on social media.
