How do you remove a Bolt-on

had a 6 month free usage of the Calm App, but now being charged for this.  How do I remove the bolt on?

Log into myo2 on the web and scroll down to extras on the home page and then manage and then you should be able to cancel it. 

If you cant then then message o2 on social media on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this

- Xperia 1V - o2 and Spusu
- Pixel 8 Pro - o2 and Vodafone UK
