How do I turn off or stop Spend cap notifications? They are driving me mad! Every month I get a text for all my devices telling me I have a spend cap! I know I have a spend cap, I set it up. I don’t need reminding everyone month for each device! Why do the texts not have the reply option to stop these messages. Can’t find help online, o2 site and myo2 app just has me going around in circles. The aura AI help thing says it doesn’t know what i mean! Please can someone from o2 help me or is this a ploy to encourage people to remove the spend cap and risk extra charges!

@Ady4

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this
Thanks

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
