Hello there!

I don t know what happening with my sim card, i m in holiday in Romania and my sim doesn, t work. Can you check for me please.

I know i don t have my bill paid because i have some problems with my bank card and i"m not in UK to solve it

But i will came back NEXT MOUNTH  and i will pay my bill straight away

You need to contact payment management.
Details here Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support 
To pay bills, ask for payment extensions etc, you need to contact the Payment Management Team.
You can reach the Payment Management team on 0800 902 0217.
The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm

Best time to call is around 8.00am

Also remove your phone number as this isn't O2 and the forum is public.
