Hi we are going to Turkey so before we go wanted to know that does O2 network work? Or we have to pay roaming charges?

Not included in European Roaming but you have some options see

https://www.o2.co.uk/help/pay-monthly/using-your-phone-abroad

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
