Can someone please walk me through the steps to get a STAC through My O2.
I have multiple numbers on my account so apparantly I can't request the code via a text.
I want to do this online because I have a lot of numbers to move and want to do this gradually as I test the alternatives.
I've been going round in circles and it is extremely frustrating how hard it has been made to find. All of the guides I have found just say 'go to My O2' and link the home page.

@GoingInCircles You can't do it through MyO2. If you have multiple numbers you need to call customer service. Numbers are here: Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support
Say Upgrade, Lost/Stolen, or Fraud when offered an option. Otherwise you'll get disconnected.
Also below is the advice from an O2 Guru on how to get through.
Call 202 from your mobile.
When it comes to the reason you are calling, stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
If you're having trouble speaking to anyone, say Upgrade, Lost/Stolen, or Fraud as mentioned above.
