I received a text on my phone yesterday to say a payment hadn't gone through and I needed to click onto a link to change payment details. Logged into O2 on my laptop and payments for both phones are up to date. The payment method registered is still valid. Link looked genuine but I believe it to be a fraudulant attempt to get me to enter a debit / credit card detail to obtain money. Can't find a way of reporting this to O2. Just wonder if anyone else has received similar texts.
