I have been waiting to hear back from the fraud team since September about my fraud case. I have called about 20 times and have heard nothing and been given no support from 02. I am getting charged the wrong amount every month and my phone has been cut off again today so now I can’t even call o2. I can’t believe a big company like o2 would treat their customers like this?

Hi @Laurenlehane

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you call O2 on 202 or 0344 809 0202 or use O2's social media to help by messaging them on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter ( https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this

I am so sorry to hear that this has happened to you. I too am going through the same I have reported fraud so many times now after having a device ordered and now a change of tariff on my account - this has been done on a number which has been sat dormant and now since attempting to cancel this number all this has happened - I have received no help from O2 they have been horrific - I am stressed and now being faced with bills of over £100 a month! I don't know what to do next - is this a citizens advice topic?

@LauraLiz

Have you reported to Action Fraud (https://actionfraud.police.uk) as that is a good starting point.

Unfortunately o2's fraud team wont make contact, unless they have to and it may have been passed to the police to investigate further, in which case they can tell you nowt.

You need to keep hounding o2 im afraid, or speak to Action Fraud direct.
