I have had a text saying I have the family plan 40% added to my account but nothing is coming up on the o2 app saying anything has been knocked off

It may take a few days (or your next billing date) to update on the app.

If you have had a text to say it's been applied then you will be fine.

Yeah that’s fine it said 24 hours and it has been a lot longer than that so was just wondering

It will show as a bolt on in your MyO2 when active but it doesn't usually become active until after your first bill.
