I signed up for the £2 off Disney+ Priority offer, which lead me to Disney+ to sign in.  I do not want to commit to 6 months though so want to cancel the sub for this.

In Disney+ it says "manage in O2" and in O2 under extras it comes up with the Disney+ offer button saying "You must activate your extra before you can use it".  It seems to be I am in limbo and just want to cancel the subscription as I do not want to commit for 6 months.

Please help!!

Guide: Adding and removing O2 Extras

You can't make any changes for the first 28 days after activation yourself.

You'll need to call customer service.
Numbers here Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support
When it comes to the reason you are calling stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
Say "Upgrade", "Lost/Stolen" or "Fraud" if you have to, to get put through to someone.
8.00am is the best time to call if you can.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

Thank you, does this mean I am able to cancel in the first 28 days and I am not committed to the 6 months?  Therefore I am in the cooling off period?
