I recently have changed bank accounts and I do have a direct debit setup on my back account but o2 say I don’t have one setup. I sent them a Direct Debit Mandate last week as I’m not able to phone them because they are only taking calls for stolen phones or fraud. I was just wondering how long does it usually take to set this up?

Everything is taking longer due to the lockdown. Call centres and social distancing means limited staff to handle all the queries. Patience needed I'm afraid.
