Device Insurance

I have purchased a device upgrade recently. Whilst on the phone setting up the upgrade I said ‘no’ to setting up insurance for my new device. I have since thought about it & would actually like to purchase the insurance. Can o2 still offer me phone insurance ? Or do I need to seek it elsewhere ? I don’t want to get back on the phone to them unless I really have to as it was very time consuming! Any help would be appreciated,

Thanks,

Heidi

You can add insurance within the first 28 days but you need to speak to O2 or go in store to do it.

Shop around first as you may get a better deal or may even be covered on your house insurance or as an extra on your bank account.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)
