Hello,

I hope this is the correct forum to ask?

I finished my 6 months free DisneyPlus with O2 a few months ago.

I cannot seem to do anything with my disneyplus account as it still says Manage on O2, even though its finished.

How do i remove the manage by O2 please?

The link on disneyplus takes us to nowhere useful and cannot seem to find any options to stop this on O2.

Please can you help me,

Thank you.

This guide may help

Guide: Adding and removing O2 Extras

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

If you click on Disney, it should bring that up as a standalone Extra. Click on the + sign and it will show when it started and finishes. You should also see an auto renew icon which is set to on. Click on that and it will move it to off. Then you won't be charged for Disney.

Best of luck.

@Mark75

It wouldn't be asking you start paying for Disney if you already had it, as you can't have it twice.

So I would presume it's stopped.

If you want to make sure you do need to contact O2.

We're just customers like you but it sounds as if you need someone to access your account which can't be done from here

Give O2 a call on  202 or 0344 809 0202 (Contract)

Or you can message O2 on social media on Instagram https://o2uk.co/O2CIG), Facebook ( https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter ( https://o2uk.co/O2CTW).

I see from your first image there is a section titled ACTIVE. If you click on that it will show you if you still have Disney. If not, then it really is finished. 😉

When I click on Active - it confirms I have no extras active.

I have even tried to delete my Disneyplus account, however when signing back up it stats the account again which is managed by O2! - so annoying!

I cannot believe there are not any others affected by this issue, or anyone from O2 on here who knows what the fix is?    Thank you.

@Mark75

I had 6 months free Disney when I upgraded my sim only contract. It was active from Sept 2023 to March 2024

Two days before it was due to become a paid for extra, I logged into My O2 and turned auto renew off.

I no longer have Disney as I had no intention of paying for it.

My O2 is causing problems for many customers so I'm not surprised Disney is still showing on your account.

You can't remove it as it should automatically disappear once the Free extra has run out and you have chosen not to  auto renew.

As long as you aren't paying for it, I wouldn't worry about it.
