Will I receive an email or text with my delivery details I keep checking online and nothing is being said about my order I’m presuming it’s still in process. The orders gone through as they’ve took the money out. Are orders taking longer because of coronavirus?

Yes, you'll receive a dispatch email when it leaves O2.

@Lu Just because they took your money doesn't necessarily mean that your phone will be delivered, or, in fact, is even in stock. O2 always take the money up front. If your phone is out of stock, you will be refunded, but not before O2 has made a little interest off your money.
