You can change your tariff in your MyO2 but it won't change immediately.

If you wanted to change your Big Bundle plan to a new plan with more data, you would have to wait for your anniversary date.
I would recommend downloading the MyO2 app to change your plan or visiting one of our stores. You can always call 4445 from your handset, which is a free call and speak to someone about your options.
You do also have the option in the meantime to top up and add a data bolt-on.
