Hi you have cut my phone off I can’t ring to pay my bill please can someone call me to make payment my app isn’t even working no one can get hold of me my phone been completely cut off when I emailed you.

This looks like something you’d need to call O2’s customer service team about – give them a call on 202

or 0344 809 0202 (or Payment management number -0800 902 0217 )

If you have no access to a phone then use Skype to call 0800 032 1402
